By booking or using the services of Maty J Media, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit, as required. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of a deposit or full payment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Refund Policy

All photography and media services are final sale and non-refundable.

Creative Style

By booking with Maty J Media, you acknowledge and accept the creative style, editing approach, and artistic direction of the photographer. Editing styles are not subject to change once the service has been completed.

Turnaround Time

Delivery timelines are provided as estimates and may vary depending on workload, project scope, or unforeseen circumstances. Maty J Media will always aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe.

Copyright & Usage

Maty J Media retains the copyright to all images and media produced. Clients are granted personal or commercial usage rights as agreed upon at the time of booking. Images may not be altered, filtered, or edited without written permission.

Maty J Media reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring cooperation, punctuality, and preparedness during sessions. Maty J Media is not responsible for missed shots due to late arrivals, lack of participation, or conditions beyond control.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality results, Maty J Media is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, technical failures, or unforeseen events.
